Class sizes are 2 - 5 students per session so I may provide individual attention to each student.

Kids Art Classes

ages 5-12 / Thursday 6:30pm

9 Weeks / 90 minutes / $165

Individualized fine arts instruction to students 5-12. Your child will learn about the basic art elements such as color, line, form/shape, and texture. He/she will also practice using art tools while creating original artworks with different drawing and painting art materials and acquiring new vocabulary words related to art. This is the basic art course about the key components of a work of art; the exciting world of art is opening to your child.

After finishing our basic art course, some students are interested in learning more. You have an option of just continuing with the next 9 weeks art session that will teach your child about the ways artist use and arrange art elements to create a work of art. After learning about the basic elements of art, your child will now be introduced to the principles of design. They include, but are not limited to, harmony, variety and contrast, movement, balance, and dominance. One by one principle, your child will understand the concept, while at the same time again enjoying creating original artworks with different drawing and painting art materials.

Digital Photography

ages 5-12 / Wednesday 6:30pm

Unleash the creative freedom that digital cameras can offer. Introducing digital photography and computer image-editing techniques. Photography is not just about pointing and pressing a button; it is a decision-making process. Photography is also just plain fun. We will learn the skills as part of a project; I will introduce techniques slowly and then we will practice them. Hobby for today or career choice for tomorrow, photography is a wonderful present to give to your child; one that will last for a lifetime.

Preschool Enrichment

ages 3-5 / Wednesday 4:00pm

9 weeks / 60 minutes / $165

This is developmental program for 3 to 5 years old children. Art exploration with a variety of media, children's literature, music and rhythm, movement, and connecting with the environment carefully designed for this stage of child's development are basic components of our preschool classes. With this classes, any child will be prepared for the kindergarten classroom while having fun along the way.

Toddler Creative Playtime

ages 1-3 / Tuesday 4:15pm

9 weeks / 45 minutes / $165

Toddlers need the opportunity to explore their environment. The purpose of this course is to help our toddlers benefit from the setting that is designed to be safe and developmentally appropriate and is created to challenge their motor skills, stimulates their senses, and fosters their emotional well-being. Parents/caregivers are welcome to be the part of the group.

Registration

Registration is accepted with payment and enrollment forms filled up. Prepayment is required with registration and early registration is recommended, as class size is limited. If the art session is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or for other unforeseen circumstances, the registered participant’s payment will be returned. Participants may choose to transfer their payment to another session. No refund will be given for an art session, course, class, program or workshop if notice of withdrawal is not received at least one week in advance of commencement. Again, participants may choose to transfer their payment to another session. No refund will be given for skipped classes.

Enrollment fee $20. Late fee is $10 per half-hour if child is left in our care without previous arrangement.
